Owner of Red Door, Lisa Roberts has been in the property business for 30 years who runs Red Door Sister company Reid & Roberts Estate Letting Agents in Holywell, Mold and Wrexham which covers North Wales and Chester.

Lisa has always been passionate about working with clients to sell their homes and wants to expand her experience, knowledge and expertise to new clients far and wide. With this came the beginning of Red Door Property Sales.

The most common feedback we get from clients who choose online agents is: “Once they have our money, that’s it? No communication. What incentive do they have to push my property? as they have had their money? This is where Red Door is different from other online agents. Yes – we ask for a fee… However, we understand that we have to work for it! We ask for a non-refundable £699 up front and a further £799 upon completion of your property. We want to sell your property as much as you do, it is in our interest just as much as it is your own.

You will have a team that is dedicated to answering calls – we do not outsource our customer service team. Our Sales Team will deal with arranging viewings, receive feedback and ensure you are hearing this feedback with regular communication.
A benefit of using Red Door is that we communicate with prospective buyers, not yourself. This is another regular pain point we were hearing from clients using other online companies. The viewers will call us directly to arrange viewings and hopefully offers, enabling us to do our Due Diligence ensuring we comply with the Money Laundering Act. We confirm proof of funds and identity through an external assured, approved company.

We check the chain and speak to every person involved in the sales process, including mortgage advisors and solicitors, so that you don’t have to. You do not have to speak to the buyer direct, we will negotiate on your behalf and keep you updated.
Once sold, we will progress the property up to completion, communicating with you every step of the way.
